I translated the opening text for a 12-hour group exhibition organized by Without Frame!, a collective of six multidisciplinary artists.
“We go into the waiting room, into the site of violence, and into our traumas again and again because we’ve seen something there. Because the person we love is there, because our friend’s body is there. We go because it’s where we’re safe. We go because it’s where we want to live. Through this exhibition, W/O F. invites you to become one with the oozing, sticky muck. To remember everything we cannot remember together.”
