Hoyoung Moon is a translator and writer working in Korean and English. Their literary translations have appeared in World Literature Today, The Offing, Asymptote, Korean Literature Now, Leeum Museum, and Kyoto Experiment Arts Festival; they have also translated for clients such as Amnesty International Korea, Seoul Performing Arts Festival, the Hankyoreh, and Busan Film Commission. Hoyoung has published three books: a book of essays titled Never Mind (Itta, 2024), the English translation of poet Hwang Inchan’s You Have reached the End of the Future (Asia, 2021), and the Korean translation of What About the Rest of Your Life by sung (Media ILDA, 2020). Their translation of The Terrible We by Cameron Awkward-Rich is forthcoming from Luciole in 2026.

문호영은 한국어와 영어를 오가며 번역하고 글을 쓴다. 단행본 작업으로는 산문집 『전부 취소』 (읻다, 2024), 번역서 『남은 인생은요?』 (성 지음, 미디어일다, 2020), 『You Have Reached the End of the Future』 (황인찬 지음, 아시아, 2021)가 있으며 World Literature Today, The Offing, Modern Poetry in Translation, Korean Literature Now 등의 문예지에 한영 번역작을 발표했다. 한국문학번역원의 미디어 번역 콘테스트 영어 웹툰 부문 심사위원, 미국문학번역가협회ALTA가 주최하는 National Translation Award 산문 부문의 심사위원으로 활동한 바 있다. 문학 분야 외에도 국제앰네스티 한국지부, 한겨레, 영화진흥위원회, 한국문화예술위원회, 부산영상위원회, 서울국제공연예술제 등의 클라이언트와 협업해왔다.
